You may note use the Website in any manner which would damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Website. Mount Ida reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
a) Your use and browsing of this Site is at your sole risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any of the materials on the Site, or with any of the Terms, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site.
b) In no event shall Mount Ida or its affiliates, including its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents and content providers (collectively, the Mount Ida Parties”), be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages even if made aware of the possibility of such damages, whether in action under contract, negligence, or other theory arising out of or in connection with the use, inability, or performances of the Sites and/or any content, materials, or services available at the Sites.

d) You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Mount Ida Parties, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of this Agreement or your access to, use or misuse of any content or Sites. Mount Ida shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. Mount Ida reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting Mount Ida’s defense of such matter.

This Site has reasonable, physical, technical and administrative security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to or loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, Mount Ida makes no guarantees that our security measures can do more than the reasonable security measures found on other sites of similar size and use. Also, please note, if you choose to donate online, all information transmitted with the “Donate Now” form is encrypted as a safety precaution.
