Kim’s supervises and trains the Resident Assistants assigned to Malloy and Brown halls. She also manages the daily operations of these residence halls and counsel and advise resident students when necessary.
Kim’s interest in Student Affairs started when she was a Resident Advisor at Salve Regina University from 2013 -2015. Prior to coming to Mount Ida College, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
I enjoy engaging with her students and being visible in the residence hall communities and collaborating with other offices. I feel I can support student success through meeting students where they are and providing them with any necessary guidance or direction they may need.
