Students in the master’s degree program get the benefit of Anthony Rauseo’s long and distinguished technology business career, coupled with the enthusiasm he has for watching his students learn and grow.

Rauseo brings that love of the classroom to Mount Ida College along with more than three decades as an executive in the technology field working for companies such as Microsoft, Sprint and GTE. His latest position was as technology officer for Bill Gates where he was responsible for 14 billion dollars in revenue.

Rauseo makes community connections, often taking students to offsite locations to meet and talk with project managers and to learn first-hand what a day on the job might be like.

Rauseo cites his career highlight as the 18 years he was the Senior Technology Director for Microsoft Corporation, where he received the prestigious Bill Gates Chairman’s Award, given to the person who most impacted Microsoft in a single year.

He also has worked as District Technology Director for US Sprint, in charge of the U.S. east coast and Canada. There he was responsible for the largest data network installation project in history, involving 1,200 locations around the United States.

He is a worldwide renowned extreme evangelist speaker in technology topics appearing in England, France, Canada, and Switzerland, and most recently in front of 1,200 people at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Rauseo teaches project management in the MSM program.
