National Portfolio Day

The School of Design at Mount Ida College is a proud member of the National Portfolio Day Association (NPDA) which represents the highest standards of design and visual arts education available in the United States and Canada.

As such, Mount Ida College will participate at a number of National Portfolio Day events throughout the Northeast. These events, sponsored by the NPDA, allow prospective students and aspiring young designers to discuss their portfolios directly with the faculty of the School of Design. This is a fantastic opportunity to garner feedback on your work, guidance on strengthening the overall portfolio and presentation, and advice on the college application process.

The faculty from the Mount Ida College School of Design look forward to meeting with you and learning more about your passion and creative goals. It is important to note that while faculty will provide invaluable information and critique about your work, the college, and career prospects, the School of Design will not make official portfolio and admissions decisions at these events. Prospective students will be required to submit a portfolio as part of the normal admissions process.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the following National Portfolio Days!
