Minors Can Broaden Your Academic Experience

A student who is a Professional Studies in Education Department Minor is required to take a minimum of 6 courses (18-21 credits), four required and two elective courses, designated by the Professional Studies in Education Department.
Total credit requirements: 18 credits.
Required courses (6 credits):
- ED 105 – Child Development
- ED 211 – The Child, Environment, and Behavior
- ED 209 – Children’s Literature
- ED 306 – The Inclusive Classroom: Spanning the Learning Spectrum
Any two Education courses in the catalog not already required.
